INSIGHT
Gen Z are living in a confidence epidemic, frequently being dubbed the least confident generation and even being called ‘Generation Zero Confidence’. 

Their confidence in getting or keeping a job is falling, and in an economy that feels like it’s built walls ahead of young people only just joining the workforce, it’s no wonder they feel discouraged.

THOUGHT STARTER
This generation is flooded with ‘highlights reels’ and polished personas. Social media paints a picture that their peers are super confident and successful, first time, all the time. With confidence comes higher self-esteem, self-respect, and self-belief, giving you the personal tools to reach your full potential. Tango, Prince’s and LAD have the perfect combination of resources to help build people up.

IDEA

Tackling Gen Z’s confidence issue head-on — LADbible will pump feeds full of CONFIDENT CONTENT, showcasing openness, vulnerability and celebrating the process, not the finished project. After all we’re all works in progress.

TAN-GO FOR IT is about supercharging and empowering Gen Z to be brave enough to voice their goals, leveraging our resources so they're best equipped to achieve them.
